Cade Bachelor poured in 21 points in leading the Prairie Heights varsity boys basketball team to a 72-40 rout of Churubusco last Friday night in Brushy Prairie.
Jake Stoy swished 15 points and grabbed five rebounds for the Panthers, who jumped to a 20-12 lead by the end of the first quarter and took a 36-19 edge into the locker room at halftime. Callan Helmuth also scored in double figures with 10 points.
Brady Strater canned a couple of triples for six points, while Caston Day delivered five points, five rebounds, seven assists and five steals to the Heights ledger. Keegan German totaled five points, four assists and four steals, Leo Hare four points and three assists, and both Sean Bontrager and Reed Dempsey three points.
