Twelve Parkview Health nurses receive DAISY Awardยฎ

Twelve Parkview Health nurses were recogยญnized this spring by The DAISY Foundation for extraordinary nursing, inยญcluding Jessica Maines of Parkview LaGrange Hosยญpital. Steve and LuAnn (Wilhelm) Gage celeยญbrated their 50th wedยญding anniversary Saturยญday. They were married on July 20, 1974. New book on War of 1812 soldiers presented to library

Mrs. Rita Bond Lehยญner, Historian of Olde Vistula Road Chapter, U.S. Daughters War of 1812, recently presentยญed the first publication of โ€œRoster of 1812 Solยญdiers Buried in Indiana, Volume 1โ€ to Richard Kuster, director of LaยญGrange Library. John Lechlitner

John Allen Lechlitยญner, 75, of Midยญdlebury, passed away after a couraยญgeous batยญtle with cancer at 10:45 a.m. on Monday, July 15, at Elkhart General Hospiยญtal. He was born on Noยญvember 30, 1948, in Elkhart, to James and Helen (Letherman) Lechยญlitner. On June 2, 1985, in Middlebury, he married Mary Ann Kauffman, she survives. Elizabeth T. Hochยญstetler, 83, of LaGrange, (District 13, formerly of District 17), died on Satยญurday, July 13, 2024, at her residence. Miller-Stewart Funerยญal Home, Middlebury, is assisting the family with arrangements.
